Read and analyze the problem on the log and it says

Issue:
"other VPN program started. stopping VPN.

Solution:
For samsung phones - 
if you're using samsung brands, go to app manager > select all tab. look for opera mini max or operamax, disable it then try connecting again..

For other phone -
Go to setting and go to apps the check inside "downloaded and to moveable" if you installed opera mini or operamax. Disable or uninstall it. or any vpn install except skynet vpn.
