Using vpn need some patience because of the installation process.
And also while using the SKYNET, you need to continue learning using the APP.
Here on this blog we have list or compilation of troubleshooting that customer do basic troubleshooting.
Find the name "troubleshooting" inside of that have some troubleshooting steps.

Common issues:
Cant connect to internet, first thing to do analyze the error.
Common solution is the Turn on and turn off of airplane mode.
Another is, make sure you select correct on "network list" if NO PROMO OR WITH PROMO.
Third is poor signal, you really cant access VPN because vpn rides to network signal(ex. Globe)
Forth is make sure your  log in and password are correct.
Fifth is always try another server/country, some server are full or down.
Last step is restart the phone.
